Is anyone going to Kew please for a lookup? - still looking
« on: Monday 07 April 08 12:52 BST (UK) »
Hi

I wondered if there was anyone who is going to Kew that might have time to look at the records for the Royal Flying Corps please?

If so, I am interested in finding out if there are any records (which weren't destroyed) on my great grandfather.

His name was Harry Leonard Coggin and he was a 2A.M. 7136 (I believe this is his service number)

He was wounded on the 1st June 1917 in France but his name on the record for this says L Coggins.

His records I am told are held under AIR 79 in Kew.

If anyone can have a look and let me know what they say it would be great.

many thanks
