It looks like Isabel was first married to Arthur Catton, who died in 1908, then she married Alto A Goodwill in 1911.

Not quite on topic, but if this is the family, then at least a birth date may be approximated

Hey Treetotal:
I spent a while trying to find out if Quebec releases any vital statistics. If they do, I haven't found them. If you have encestry, it can search their records.
I also went to Hull genweb (Hull is near Ottawa and it in the Ottawa (Ottawais)
region. There are lots of cemeteries there, but none with a Keith ( I searched non-catholic churches - do you have a denomination?
I thought I would try Ontario. Northern Quebec would have been quite French at the time, and they may not have found it easy to manage in French.
It would also be worth trying Hull Genealogical Society and Hull Historical Society. I usually go to Quebec HS or GS and see what sub branches they have. It may also be worth looking at the Ottawa Genweb, GS, and HS, as they are right over the river from Hull. Ottawa's counties are Carleton and Lanark (I think)
