i know its a while since you posted your message, did you find your hughes.found these i thought i would put them on anyway.

marriage. ROBERT HUGHES TO MARY YOUNG 13-10-1871 @ DONAGHEADY 2ND PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH DONAGHEADY, STRABANE, TYRONE.

births.MARGARET 31-10-1872 TYRONE IRE. CATHERINE 12-9-1877. THOMAS 8-6-1879.CATHERINE 25-12-1880 ALL BORN DERRY (maybe the first catherine died).parents. ROBERT HUGHES & MARY YOUNG.

Hi some info, So far I have not located Olive Ter. in the 1911 Census. But in the Derry almanac in 1908 Robert Hughes live at 4 Olive Ter. But not in 1905 or 1909 (No. 3 Olive Ter was vacant in 1909) Will keep looking in the 1911 Census for Olive Ter.  Olive Ter is located on Fountain Hill, off Spencer Rd.

From 1914 at least to the late 20's there is a Robert Leake at 4 Olive Terrace.
