Access to Bridgewater resources

Hi

Has any access to Bridgewater parish files?

I am stuck trying to find parents of Henry Hobbs b c 1821 Bridgewater, but moved shortly after to Newport Mon where he married a Mary from Llanbbi, Mon.
He may well have had  brother who keeps cropping up in searches for Henry and on family records  Emmanuel also moved to Newport Mon and aslo Married a Mary Ann from Newport.
He is listed on RG9/4019 with 4 children.
Henry was on 1861 census RG9/4019 with Children.
in 1881 census George and Alfred show up with their own families.  Their ages tie them as sons of Henry.

This is driving me up the wall.  Can anyone please help.
