Think the places given for Hannah's place of birth may be Pulley & Bayston Hill. They are in the Shrewsbury area. You can see that women quite often lose a few years when marrying a younger man.
I had a look at the Lowe bmd registrations in Neath on FreeBmd after the 1883 marriage, and most seem to be your family, but they seem to register the child in one name and use a different one on the census. Emily on the 1891 census is Beatrice on the 1901 census and looks to have been registered as Beatrice Hannah. No Ruben/Reuben registered, but there is a Henry round about the right time. It looks like there could be a few children that died young as well.
Best of luck with your extending family.
