Identifying regiment uniforms

Can anybody possibly identify the regiment uniforms on the photo  It was taken approx 1916.

Ones a member of His Majestys Finest....The  Royal Marines(Sat) the other is possibly a member of the Royal Naval Division.cannot make out the cap badge or the one on his sleeve??

Thanks for your response.  The person seated is my grandfather James William Clark.  I believe he served on HMS Lord Clive.  The other person I don't have a name for but wondered if he could be his brother who was in the Middlesex regiment.
