Marriage/William Meggison,Ann Drifill/Abt. 1800
« on: Saturday 10 May 08 02:43 BST (UK) »
William Meggison and Ann Drifill were married in the East Riding of Yorkshire.  The marriage would likely be between 1800 and 1815.  Thank you for any help.

Hi Peggy
Have you any idea of whereabouts in East Yorkshire the marriage might have taken place?

Just wondering if the IGI entry for William Meggeson and Ann Driffield at Holy Trinity, Hull is a possibility even though the date of 19 September 1825 is a bit outside your search area.

This might be a possibility. I really am not sure exactly when or where.  Do you happen to know the names of any children that they might have had?
Thanks for your help

I've done a parent search of the IGI, but no success in finding any children, but that doesn't mean that they didn't have any, just that they aren't on the IGI.

I've also had a look on the 1841 census, but with so little to work on I couldn't find any obvious candidates.  :(
