Please excuse me but it is Saint Breward.
Highest village in Cornwall. Right on the  moor.
Lovely old church and  beautiful views .
Intrigued by your question. I found this on Genuki - "The village of St Breward boasts the highest Church in Cornwall at about 700ft above sea-level, and is well known for granite and china clay quarries".
Now back to my Renals, Runnalls, Rennells, Reynels etc research.
