GAYLOR in Royston - Advice please
« on: Sunday 11 May 08 15:01 BST (UK) »
Hi List,

I have found 51 GAYLOR's in Royston via the IGI - after sorting them in order of parents and then dates I think I have an idea of how they fit into my family tree.

How do I go about proving that these individuals actually belong in my tree?

TIA

Best Wishes Yvonne in sunny Pontardawe S. wales

GAYLOR in Royston - rest of message
« Reply #1 on: Tuesday 13 May 08 14:37 BST (UK) »
Hi,

Sorry listers no idea what happened to the rest of my message, it was all supposed to read.......

I found 51 Gaylor's  in Royston listed on IGI, after sorting them into parent groups then dates of baptisms I have an idea of how they may fit into my family tree.

A visit to the Herts record office is out of the question at the moment would it be worth paying for a researcher to confirm that these details are correct and possibly find more information for me? or can I ask for copies of these baptisms myself, bearing in mind that there are 51 of them to find and copy.

Any help on this will be much appreciated.

Yvonne in a very sunny Pontardawe
