Hi again

The ages are often not quite right. They do seem to be different on the census records. You'd probably have to get some certificates.
Do you know she was definitely Mary Horan?

On Cheshire BMD there's also a marriage of Patrick Grady to Mary Sheridan in 1867.

On the 1871 there's another a Patrick Grady and wife Mary(transcribed as May in the index),both aged 26 - with daughter Margaret. He is the son in law of Bridget Sheridan - address is 55 High Street. - RG10 3659.
(this is as well as the Patrick and Mary Greany/Gready in 1871).

In 1881 this Patrick and Mary are still living at 55 High Street now both aged 32??and both born in Mayo. Also living with them is their daughter Margaret and sister in law Bridget Sheridan. - RG113746/45.

It may be worth a look

Regards
