If you look for birth regs. for Collin without the S, all the children are there, including a Charlotte Eliza Q4. 1858.
Census information is Crown Copyright from TNA.
Titchfield, Hampshire: Reed,  Fielder, Cawte, Goddard.
Kent:  Float,  Cutbush. 
Wallasey, Cheshire: Carroll, Ledsham.
Liverpool : Horsfall, Prescott

have tried under christian names etc wonder if there is some census sheets missing ??? ???,carnt even find the parents after the 1861 census :-[
