looking for information on Elizabeth Eaton/Heaton who was born in launceston 1823, married John McKenna (Our anscestor) in 1846 in Lancenston. They moved to Sydney fairly soon after.

I also have John Watts, born 1822 in Hardwick Oxfordshire, who married Elizabeth Baker, born 1836 in Calton, Norfolk. we believe in Avoca tasmania in 1859.  I am searching for information on Elizabeth Baker.

There is no Eaton born anywhere near the date needed. As this one was registered(or probably christened) 4 years after the birth the age could be wrong (cf marriage age).

The U Ann simply means the mothers maiden name is not given (as in many church registers)

I could find no children registered in Tas. Have you followed up the NSW records?

Cannot find the other marriage. Only have Elizabeth Baker m John MacFarlane 1858 and nothing close by date for John Watts/Elizabeth.
