William RICH marriage in Bovey Tracey c1790

Can anyone please look up a marriage for me in Bovey Tracey area between William Rich and Jane (possibly Diamond or Daymond). On c1851 Jane is in Teigngrace widowed age 82 but haven't yet found her on c1841. I have found 5 children born between 1798 - 1812 in Bovey Tracey and have also found a child to William and Mary so the marriage to Jane could be his second marriage.

William Rich 65 under gamekeeper
Jane Rich 70
Wm Phillips 30 ag lab
Susan Phillips 25
Wm Rich 7
Sarah Phillips 3
Harriet Phillips 1

Susan Rich married William Phillips on 23 Sept 1838 Teigngrace. He was 24 and she was 25.
