GOLLIKER (and alternate spellings) Hull
« on: Sunday 01 June 08 14:00 BST (UK) »
Hi

Has anyone any GOLLIKERS or any of the many spellings in the Sculcoates and Hull areas.

I am looking for my GGGrandmother Ann GOLLIKER born abt 1835, her first husband was Thomas MILLIGAN (1828-57) and her second husband my GGGranddad was Anthony FLEMING.

Their marriage certificate has her dad as Francis GOLLACAR a labourer. I think I have them in 1841 living in Sculcoates (HO107/1232/12 F39 P39) under the name GILLACORK, from here the trail goes dead can anyone please help.

Maybe his wife took the children to Ireland at the time of the 1851 census, as I can't seem to find them  :)
