1841 & 1851 Lookup please

Hello,

Hoping someone can find George WAIT(E)S for me please on 1841 & 1851 census.

On 19th October 1842, Colchester, he married Mary Ann Cater. He was listed as full age, carpenter, born of parish St Botolphs, father Mark.

I have definite 1841 census for Mary Ann and her illegitimate daughter Sarah in Colchester  and a possible  for them both in 1851 living at Barrack grounds, St James, Colchester, HO 107 1781. 

However I cannot find George on either census.  By 1855 George dies ( cannot find his death either )  and Mary Ann Waits marries Charles Whiten on 18th November, 1855.

Going round in circles here, hoping fresh eyes may see something I have fogged
