History of Mortlake by JE Anderson, 1886

Through Google Books I found a reference in "History of Mortlake in the County of Surrey........", by John Eustace Anderson.
All I could get was a "snippet", but enough to know that I would like the rest of the item.

It is on page 96, and is the inscription on a tablet "erected by Richard HOLLAND Esqre of Moreton Hampsted, Devon as a trubute of his sincere and immutable friendship towards Susanna........."
........and that's where the reference stops!!

Would be delighted if anyone is able to supply me with the rest of this inscription.

Many Thanks,
Nancy.
