Thomas's birth is in the Cleobury register for 1778. I'm not sure whether Samuel was from Cleobury or not, but his birth would be about 1750. There are several on IG in Shropshire.

No further children to Samuel and Winefred in the registers

is there a marriage for William Jones on the Shropshire registers.
He was born 1792 Cleobury so  I guess about 1812 onwards.

Who are the other 64??

The Parish Registers of Shropshire that I have are mainly 1500ish up to 1812.
I am not familiar with Shropshire being a Yorky but some of my ancestors strayed out of the Kingdom of Yorkshire.
Over a hundred William Jones in Shropshire in the years my records cover. Good job I have a good search engine. I copy and paste from the indexes but have to add the place in some instances, e.g. "In Alberbury"
