Most of the london ones can be found on the following site.  For the nameless one just type in 106 Holland Park Avenue in the quick search box and it should find the photographer.

Paulene, thanks but Leicester site does not have enough for Berkshire in the period I want; I tried. I still can't find Dixon and Smith of King Street Maidenhead c 1899/ 1900 or  X? H Dixon of same address in Maidenhead maybe 10 years earlier.
