Restoration please for Dad & his Dog

Hi All,
Could someone do something with this photo of my husbands Dad when he was a boy.  I would like to print it & put it in frame for him for Fathers Day on Sunday, I think he would love it.

I have done this on my laptop so will check it on my desktop and will tweek it if it needs it
