Hi Jac2

Its very kind of you to offer to do look ups and I would really appreciate a search for some of my Morrisons. In particular I am looking for William Morrison and his wife Margaret (MS Wright) living in Falkland but possibly members of the Associate Congregation Church in Leslie.

William and Margaret were both born round about 1750 and had, to my knowledge, at least two sons, David 1782 and James 1790 both of whom died after 1855 in Cupar (I have their death certificates). It is possible there was another son John, born in 1780, who died before 1855 and if you can find him too I would really appreciate it.

With many thanks.

Ruby

Hi Jac2
Thankyou for your kind offer.
Could I get you to look up the death of Margaret Izett or Izatt, maiden surname Adamson, between 1833 and 1837.not sure where, but she was married in Dunfermline .
Thankyou :)

Hi Jac2

Many thanks for this information - it looks very much like the people I am looking for. I'm going to Dundee in a couple of weeks so hopefully I will be able to get the original records in order to make sure I am on the right track.

Really appreciate your help in looking up these deaths.

Thanks again,

Regards

Ruby

Hello,  Jac2 -
Could you please have a look for the death of Elizabeth/Betty/Betsy Hastie between 1851 and 1855.
In 1851, she was living at High street, Burntisland,  62 years old and a fisherman's widow.
I'm not sure if Hastie is her maiden or married name.
Thanks.

Hi, was online & saw this so :

no record of Elizabeth/Betsy/Betty hastie in those dates.  Only Betty hastie d. jan 1805 so obv. not yours!!

Lots of other hasties though.

PS I also have the Fife monumental Inscriptions vol2 : western parishes. no hasties listed under Burntisland       2 in carnock 1 in crombie  1 Torryburn

Hi Hac2,

Could you look for a John Beveridge died circa 1775 in Inverkeithing ( or any Beveridge deaths in that parish up to 1800).

Much appreciated,

Ailsa
