last night the printer was working fine--this evening it wont even budge!! tried to print a letter and the printer is sitting there as dead as a doorknob.
It's a HP Photosmart C3100. The 2 plugs at the back are firmly in place and i followed both wires down to the other end --one in the back of the tower and the other in a little black box on the floor --all seems to look o.k apart of course for the fact that it wont turn on!!
i have absolutely no idea what to do with it--i've tried to look at some 'help' programmes' but can find nothing to help me get the damn thing turned on again. When you've finished sighing at my uselessness can someone help me get it going again please

P.s--Doh---just found a third plug that had come adrift all o'k now
