I think it's Poor Woman (crossed out) and Pauper written next to it  :-\

Definitely Woman followed by Pauper .. and I think Gadget must be right with poor .. otherwise I can't think of what else it could be .. ?  :-\

I also think its Post woman pauper.

For comparison of writing there is a pauper four from the top of the previous page.
