Could be a farm attached to the workhouse or Gransha (Londonderry Lunatic Asylum as it was then).
Does the death certificate not give a more exact location like the townland?

That's the 2nd time recently I've heard of a research organisation in N.I. wanting £100 for a death certificate (and other information)!

Tried to look in Will extracts to see if anything came up for Andrew Moore but PRONI's search still not fixed yet.

Exactly where did 'The Farm Londonderry' come from? Am now wondering if it would be in (or near) Londonderry city or if it's County Londonderry.

Hi A
Got the info from a search on Emerald Ans.
County was Londonderry and residence as The farm Londonderry.
As I mentioned don't know if this is any connection which is why I only wanted basic info am worried this may be some kind of scam, but an keeping a close eye on my bank account just in case.
