There is a Mary Bolsover dob 1797 Shieffield in the 1851 and 1861 census, but she is married. If you are looking for that surname as a maiden name its not her.

If its a maiden name you are after then...

There is a birth of an Amelia Bolsover in Sheffield - christining 28/10/1798 in Sheffield - father is John and mother Mary......may be connected.....but there is another Amelia Bolsover recorded beside her name at the same church (Cathedral Saint Peter)....date of christing 21/6/1795 which is closer to your date. Parents are the same as the 1st one which makes me think there might have been a mistake in transcription? perhaps she was a Mary?? Mothers name Mary
