dont know if you are still looking for details on this ...

I suspect that address should be Dargle Rd.. which leads from Bray town towards Kilmacanogue. It looks like the Robinson family are listed on the 1911 census - see : 20 Dargle Road  Husband Joseph, Wife Helen - plus 8 children including Maggie, aged 20.

There's a close possible match for the birth on the familysearch Irish Civil Index :

 Name: Margaret Robinson
 Registration district: Rathdown
 Record type: Birth
 quarter / year: Oct - Dec 1890
 Volume: 2 / Page: 702

The Rathdown registration district covers parts of Co. Dublin and Wicklow - including the Bray area.

not sure who Delia is ... is she related to that Robinson family on Dargle Road ?

That family looks complete - the census form states 8 children alive, and there are 8 living at home.

did the family stay in the Bray area ?

The only Delia Robinson birth that I see in the Bray area on the civil index is in 1933..  so parents would be 64 and 62 ...

  Name: Delia A M Robinson
  Registration district: Rathdown
  Record type: Birth
quarter and year: Jul - Sep 1933
  Volume: 2 / Page: 673

could Delia be an alternative or short name for something else ?

There is an unnamed female Robinson birth in 1919,  that could fit (so 29 years younger than Maggie). This sometimes happen if the registration occurred before the parents had decided on a name. Unfortunately the only way to find out more details is to order a cert to see if the parents match up with Joseph & Helen.

could this fit with Delia's approximate age as you remember her ? (i.e. early 40s when you met her  )

index details :

 Name: Female Robinson
 Registration district: Rathdown
 Record type: Births
quarter and year: Apr - Jun 1919
 Volume: 2 / Page: 757
