Hi Scrimnet,
Thanks for posting the photos - they're great!
So sorry I missed the event - didn't pick up the information in time.
Do you know if the group will be doing any other events - either in Northants., or areas not too far away, please?
Paulene :)
Very smart kit ;)

Very good pictures - it was Sunday, I see!  One question though - how come you were all SO well turned out after overrunning a German trench ...   :D

Seriously, the trench was the main thing my 9yr old wanted to see - and very well done it was.  We thoroughly enjoyed the whole diverse event and may well go again next year.

Where's your stick?  Wouldn't want to face the german machine gunners without it!

(Shamelessly nicked from TV's Blackadder Goes Forth, for those overseas who wouldn't understand that).

Great photos - thanks Scrimnet! You do look very dashing by the way  ;).

My daughter (16yrs old) would have LOVED the event (in particular the tank). Me, I love the horse ....

Pity that we live in Australia  :-\

No, not local (though not as distant as Oz!) - we live in the Lincolnshire Fens but will keep our eyes open for you if we happen across any WW1 soldiery in our summer holiday travels!
