Well!!!  :o

That was her birth: Susan Dixon b. 28.2.1860, dau of Mary formerly Pheasant and George Dixon, Ag Lab ( ::)) West Moulsey. Good - got her Mum's maiden name!

But the shocker

Susan Dixon, d. 16.12.1890, 29, Brookwood Asylum, Woking from "Exhaustion from General Paralysis of the Insane 14 months", informant Tom Dixon, husband.

Poor woman. Poor Tom!

I'm not sure that General Paralysis of the insane is. Anyone?

Not surprisingly, Richard Dixon b. 28.4.1889 is not their son. Still 2 out of 3's not bad.  :)

I've just realised - they were married 3.4.1887 and she died 16.12.1890. But she had  been ill for at least 14 months - surely she must have known before they were married?

I wonder if Tom knew: I've not found his death yet, but it was after 1927, so I presume he did not suffer from the same thing.
