Shepton Mallet War Memorial
« on: Friday 18 July 08 13:57 BST (UK) »
I am researching the Hyatt Family from Shepton Mallet and would love to know if there are any listed on there,

there should be at least a Herbert William Hyatt but i am unsure of any more

the bad news is I live hours away,
If some kind person could look in passing I would be very gratefull.

Thanks

kev

Hi

Have you had a look on the CWGC website - there are only 53 Hyatt entries in total for both wars

WW1 has 2 Hyatts in the Somerset Light Infantry and WW2 has quite a number of civilian deaths but no entries for the Somerset Light Infantry

Census Information is Crown Copyright, from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk
Carlin (Ireland & Liverpool) Doughty & Wright (Liverpool) Dick & Park (Scotland & Liverpool)
