Looking for Weenen familes of Enfield.  They appear to have originally been Van Weenen - in particular desc of Harry Weenen prob born c1874 or Philip Weenen

Gosling - Stepney, Stoke Damerel (Devonport)

Morgan - Bedminster & Minehead (more morgans!)
Thomas - Stepney, Dartmouth Devonport
Tovey - Bedminster
Tozer - Ealing - Bedminster - Devon
Waring - Bristol
Notley - Bristol

As he was born before 1881 - have you checked the 1881 census which is free at www.familysearch.org

Harry Weenen/Van Weenen probably married in 1902 to Edith Mary Maher. You can find this family on http://www.1911census.co.uk in Edmonton, they seem to have had several children by then.
