Hi Shelly and Merry: The Beach Haven residence is on Long Beach Island, which one reaches from Manahawkin, I think.  Wilbur in 1930 says his parents were born Maryland, so at least the father fits. Millersburg, Pa. is north of Harrisburg, on the Susquehanna River.

I wonder if Zander has the names of the wives confused.

By the way, the 1920 census street could be Arch St., a well-know street in Philadelphia.

I found an obituary for Rev. N.D. McComas, a well-known Methodist minister, who died at the home of his son, W.F. McComas, 1326 West Allegheny avenue, Philadelphia in January, 1909

You can ask a person in Ocean county to take a look at the cemetery and try to find a tombstone for you. Maybe Wilbur's wife (Elizabeth/Margaret) is buried with him.

many thank's to everyone who took time to look at my post,
i no nothing of the mccomas family as not one of them ever came to n.ireland not even wibur who married elizabeth[margaret] edwards so not sure if the family is correct.we have a picture of elizabeth with wilbur with his collar on well it could be his father the way things are looking with your posts.
hope to be in belfast in the next week so i can confirm her right name and date of birth think it is approx 1873 but will confirm. i am sure she married wilbur over in phila and he did die on the 10th    1935 .
