Any buildings in Wisbech area like this?
« on: Thursday 24 July 08 17:18 BST (UK) »
Just wondering if anyone recognises this building :-\

I have recently placed this photo in the Photograph Restoration and Dating section of Rootschat. I had some replies but no positive identification :(

My Grandmother who stands at the back and is the only person I`ve identified on this photo lived in Clenchwarton but I know she had family in the Wisbech area. So I am assuming this photo may have been taken on a rare excursion out to Wisbech or perhaps even Guyhirn or March but this is only me having an educated guess :-\

If I knew where the photo was taken I might be able to trace who the seated ladies were. Likewise if I could identify the seated ladies this may give an indication of the location.

The only other mystery is the era. If I knew the date of the photo it may explain why my Grandfather was not included.

What do you think. Would like to hear your thoughts and suggestions.

Many thanks Steve
