Wow Cas! Thank you very much!! This all looks promising. George and Albert with those middle initials feature in the information Sarah wrote in her birthday book. She records

W H Heel Turnell died Oct 1883 aged 18. (brother?)
Emma Heel Turnelll died July 1884 aged 52 (if this was mum she should be 42? but thr writing is difficult to read as it is in pencil and fading badly)
William Heel Turnell died Dec 1883 aged 43 (dad?)
then I also have
George Thomas Heel Turnell (brother?)
Albert Henry Heel Turnell (brother?)

I need to work out all of these relationships properly when I have digested all the info you posted. Thanks again for your help

These are the only deaths I could locate. (recheck for Heel/Turnell)  possibly a few certs may clarify, but it all seems to fit.  Poss. the 1861 is not your Emma Rowe.  But 1871, where family is together her age at death would fit?  Maybe she was age shy for census?
