McGuinness family of Clones
« on: Friday 25 July 08 16:17 BST (UK) »
Hi all

I'm looking for the following records for the McGuinness family of Clones.

(NB: Have also posted this on the Monaghan board).

Edward Joseph McGuinness' marriage to Sheila ? about 1905

Their son, Edward Joseph born in 1907, and

His siblings Margaret and Patrick - dob unknown but after 1907.

Any help gratefully received

Thanks

Is there a reason you've posted this in Fermanagh when the family lived in Co. Monaghan?
1911 census should list parents and any living children. On 1911 census married women are also asked how long married, number of children and how many of them living which is a great help.
Eventually 1911 census will be on National Archives, Dublin website but it could be a while.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Hi aghagdowey

The reason I've posted in both is because the scant information I have received from the family mentions both and Clones seems to be split between the two.

I've looked for the 1911 census online but unfortunately without success.
