What was is name ?
Birth, Marriage, Kids, Death ?

Parents ? I think he may have been adopted ?

There was an Albert Ernest Maxey  who was mayor 5 times in the 1940/50s

I reckon we might be talking sometime around the 1860's. I had a quick google.

A chap called James Fowler "a prolific church architect" worked on St James' church and designed several buildings in the town including St Michael's church. Noted as five times mayor of Louth.

There was an Albert Ernest Maxey  who was mayor 5 times in the 1940/50s

In the 1933 Kelly's Directory, there was an alderman Albert Ernest MAXEY.
