Hi there,
I was wondering if someone could look up this for me.

Its a Probate File, If anyone could get all the info? and take pictures or something? Thats would be cool!!! Thanks!!

You should perhaps add the name of the person this probate record concerns.

Will dated 10 Apr 1963
died at sea, on or since 23 May 1966
Papers in Supreme Court Wellington M.217/66 and a sealed copy at Auckland P. No. 3407/66
(presume this may have been to "officially" declare him dead/drowned)

Wife - Ethne Margaret Horrobin
Brother - Cedric Harold Horrobin, Farmer of Tangiteroria, Whangarei
Daughter - Robyn Gail Horrobin

If survived by wife, she is sole executrix and everything to her
If not, brother is Executor, and everything to daughter when she is 21.
