Following up on rosina (1847) and Charles (1845)

1861

they are together in HUntingdon, both named HAyes and both  born Leeds, parents are George and Hannah, BUT, when you look at the image

 George Campbell    Head     publican     Cambs
 Hannah    "              wife                        Leeds
Charles and Rosina are down as son and daughter as are other children but they all have the Campbell name.

Yes that is Sarah Hannah with her first husband and family in 1851 - sadly the 2 youngest children died quite young - this is a scan of the front fly pages of the Birthday Book

Sue - I don't think that will fit - there was no daughter called Emma,  that I know of.  The trouble is there are so many Lucas's in Leeds

William Lucas b. Leeds married to Sarah however in 1851 he is much younger showing as only 21
i have found this one quite easily through the census


 is this two different William & Sarahs ? maybe the 1861 doesnt fit? and more than likely he is ours and the other not   ::)
