I have posted a lot of Aberdeenshire and Banffshire censuses at http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/stuartpetrie/ in the form of Excel spreadsheets.
Also a text file designed to be imported into a database program with the 1851 census details for 190000 people in the 2 counties.
