Can you check the date. SP is showing an Annie Maxwell b. Port Glasgow in 1879. It's the only one in the 1877-1879 period there.

I've found the family on the 1881
 
there are quite a lot of them so it will take a while to type up. paretns are David and Elizabeth.

Can you give us more info about her - parents/siblings etc

As Gadget says - this is the only 1881 entry specifically with a Port Glasgow birthplace.  All children b Port Glasgow

hi, ive been told annie maxwell married robert monkin millen born /1710/1878 in 78 bay street port glasgow.date of marriage 26/04/1901.

I cant find anything to confirm annie maxwells marriage or who she married and if she had children
