On 24 June 1885 John Pickford a Builer of Lansdown Hill, Norwood signed an 97 year lease of a property in Lansdown Hill.
On 15 Oct 1888 John Pickford aged 76 a Builder of 12 Lansdown Hill, Norwood was thrown off a cart onto his head in Old Broad St. London City and killed.
3 Nov 1888 Lucretia Pickford aged 69, wife of John Pickford a Builder of Webber St, Blackfriars died in St Saviours Union Infirmary, Camberwell.
Census 1891 no show for the Pickfords who were on the 1881.
