PUNCH(E) in 1891/1901 Census

Hi

I'm trying to trace details of the family containing:
Head: Nicholas PUNCH(E)
Wife Josephine
Son: Thomas Joseph, born 1881 (after the Census)

I'm hoping that they are in the 1891 and 1901 Censuses.  Any help would be gratefully received.
