Okay, assuming this is the right Richard Wheeler. In brief, and un-proof read:
He is the fifth child of William WHEELER and his wife Sarah PINNOCK.
William WHEELER, bap 25 June 1770, Wick near Pershore, son of Richard WHEELER and wife Olive STANTON.
Richard WHEELER, bap 26 Dec 1723, Wick, son of Joseph WHEELER and Wife Ann.
Joseph WHEELER Bap 17 March 1705, Wick, son of Edmund WHEELER and Wife Hannah.
Edmund WHEELER, bap 5 June 1762, Wick, son of Edmund Wheeler and wife Margaret CALE.
Edmund Wheeler, bap 23 Feb 1641, Wick, son of Richard Wheeler

Sarah PINNOCK, bap 17 June 1775, Wick dau of John PINNOCK and Mary STANTON.
John PINNOCK, son of John Blake PINNOCK and Elizabeth ASHFIELD (no baptism for John PINNOCK, he is identified from his brother's will)
John Blake PINNOCk, son of William PINNOCK and Mary BLAKE, Adult baptism of John in 1727 , states he is "aged near 22".  There is also an equity pleading in the PRO which identifies the family.

This is the bare bones of what I've found, I've got stacks more stuff; including the ancestory of some of th STANTONS and the far more interesting ancestory of the ASHFIELDs, transcriptions of wills and the like ... but not sure how to get it to you.

PS:  don't suppose you've got a photo of a Jane Wheeler ... she would be your Richard Wheeler's niece, possibly in riding gear, possibly on horseback?
