Matthew Charles Beasley & Hannah Battison Stead

Hi,

 I am looking for info on this couple, I have not been located a birth record of Marriage record for them.  All I know about them is that their daughter Mary Ann Louisa Beasley was born Feb 1822 in Birmingham.  Any info would be greatly appeciated.

There is a marriage on the family search site for a charles beasley and hannah battison stead.

4th April 1815, St Phillips, Birmingham

There are 3 baptisms on the site also, all St Phillips, Birmingham.

Henry Thomas Beasley born 9/2/1816 christened 10/2/1818
parents charles beasley and hannah batteson

The next two have parents as John Sted Beasley and Hannah.

John Sted Beesley born 29/7/1818 christened 3/9/1822
and
Mary ann LUCY Beesley born 17/2/1820 and christened 3/9/1822.

i looked for baptisms of matthew and hannah and could only find this one

Hannah battison stead christened 24/4/1785 in Adel, Yorkshire, her father was listed as John Stead.

perhaps when mary ann and john were christened Hannah misunderstood the vicar when he asked who the father was and gave her father's name?
