Hi Blueday,

Bell is a name thatsfound in Wexford Town.. If you contact www.wexfordanglican.org they will be able to send you the entry from the parish registers.  Its likely your Ancestor was married in St.Iberius Anglican Parish church , mainst, wexford.

Infact there are Bells still living in wexford.  I know some.

For what it is worth.
There was one Bell from Wexford who was killed in WW1 and he enlisted in Liverpool. He was husband of Mary Catherine Bell of 9, Castor Place, Belmont Rd, Liverpool.
From 'The Wexford War Dead' to be published in November.
Regards.
 Tom.

That is interesting, two of Abrahams oldest children  Nicholas and Elizabeth disappeared from the radar after 1881 when the family moved from Wales to Stockton on tees up in the north east of England. It is worth checking out.

The home of the Bells of Tottenhamgreen (near Taghmon) was sold in 1873.  Some of them ended up in Wexford town.  One of the girls from the 1901 census married a man called Jack Kelly.
