I am almost certain that my great great grandfather registered the death of your uncle. I do so hope you get to read this.

Thankyou all for helping to satisfy my curiosity.  At least I have pinned it down to a smaller area.  I can't help wondering what caused him to kill himself, but some things will always be a mystery, I guess
