Fred G Hills & Mary Ann Hills nee Barritt [Burial Lookup] - COMPLETE
« on: Thursday 28 August 08 17:30 BST (UK) »
Hi,

Can anyone tell me anything about Fred George Hills [or Fred George Peach Albert Hills born in 1872 in Wootton and his wife Mary Ann Hills nee Barritt married in December 1895 in Walgrave.  My father told me before he died last year said that he thought Fred died around 1950.

I am trying to find out when they died and where they might be buried. They lived in Wootton but at some point they may have also lived in Thirlestane Road, Far Cotton, Northampton.  If they were living in Far Cotton would they be buried in Towcester Road cemetery?.

Thank you
Hill/Hills - Wootton, Far Cotton, Northampton
Harris - Hardingstone, Preston Deanery
Bodsworth - Piddington

Hi,

With the info you helped me with I emailed the Borough council and they gave me directions where to find them in Towcester Rd cemetery. I made a visit over the weekend and found them. Thank you so much for your help. really appreciate it. cheers Richard.

Hi Richard :)

Glad that you were able to find the graves.

At the Cemetery Office they call me "one of the team".

They themselves are lovely.
