JB Saunders (Cardiff)

I would like to obtain some information regarding this firm who were involved in the manufacture of telegraph instruments.  As far as I am aware, they originated in Cardiff around 1886 (?) but that they were heard of down in Teignmouth, Devon as well.
Any information would be gratefully received.
