Bells ringing, Chris.  I came across an Elizabeth Evans on the 1861, domestic servant, aged 18, down as  b. Alberbury. I sent the ref to Ricky to see what he thought. Will go find it and add it to this message  :)

Thanks for that.  Looks a good possibility.  At least it places that Elizabeth in the Alberbury area.
