Maybe Lambeth birth? Barnes

Hello Folks,

I have my 3rd Gt Grandfather Robert Barnes aged 45:

1841 census
13 Ebenezer Row,
Lambeth
Surrey
Robert Barnes  45  Warehouseman   Y
Mary Barnes  40    N
Robert Barnes - 10 - clerk - born in county no
Susannah Barnes - 7 - born in county no

HO107/1058  folio 45  page 14

I can't find a birth for him on the IGI and am not too sure where else to try.
I have his marriage from Pallots marriages in 1828 at Eastcheap, London.
I know that Lambeth is not in Surrey anymore but part of Greater London.
Obviously I don't know if Robert was actually born in Lambeth as all that is stated in 1841 is that he was born in the County of Surrey.

Any advise where to proceed (if possible)

p.s. Robert, Mary and Robert junior disappear after 1841.
Susannah is in Hackney in 1851 with relatives.
