The address is showing on Google maps, so something is there. What it is I can't make out. From Ricky's PO site there is a ref to 104-5 and 104-6 Cowgate, nothing for 107.

Is this in reference to James Connolly's birth there (all the google results point that way  ::))

The Royal Mail website shows no odd numbers between 75 and 139 Cowgate. It looks like 107 should have been between George IV Bridge and The Three Sisters. So it looks like 107 is probably long gone. On googling, you can find pictures of a plaque commemorating his birth at 107 Cowgate, so that is likely to be as near as you will get.
