Wood/Fish/Toomey/ Minns

Hi, I am lookin g for a marriage in Norwich of a Sydney wood and Mary toomey  abt 1939.   I cannot find this marriage  on free bmds.
Sydney was an English teacher in Norwich.  
Also, are there any descendants out there of Walter Fish, born Norwich abt 1864 and and Elizabeth Minns, married Norwich1887.   thanks

You will need to search the full GRO index  which is available at your nearest main library if you live in the UK.  It can also be searched online if you have an Ancestry subscription or at www.findmypast.com which is a paysite

I have checked the full index for 1939 and there is no Toomey/Woods marriage listed so they must have married in a different year
